Personal data – all information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors that determine physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, location data, Internet ID and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.

Policy – this Privacy and Cookies Policy.

RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING ON THE SITE USE OF THE SITE

When you use the forms available on the Site, your data will be processed in order to perform the functions of the specific form, e.g. to carry out the registration process, to place an order, to subscribe to a newsletter, etc. Details related to the processing of data within specific forms are described below.

REGISTRATION

In order to create and manage your account, as well as to process orders placed through your account, we process the personal data you provide in the registration form. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to create an account and process orders.

The data provided in the registration form is processed:

2.4. w celu ewentualnego ustalania, dochodzenia lub obrony przed roszczeniami – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) polegający na ochronie naszych praw.

Personal data provided in the registration form are kept for the duration of the contract for the provision of electronic services, and after its termination for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that may arise from the contract. After this period, the data may be processed for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of possible public law claims. Personal data processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders are kept for a period corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims arising from the sales contract.

If you use the “Remember me” option, your data will be stored in cookies for a period of 30 days from the last login, and then will be deleted.

If you make purchases under your account, we also process your data for order fulfillment purposes, as discussed further in the Policy.

ORDERS

We process personal data of Users who use the option of shopping without creating an account on the Site, as well as registered Users who make purchases through an account. Data processing in this regard is carried out for the purpose of order processing.

Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to complete the order.

Personal data processed for the purpose of processing an order are stored for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims under the sales contract. After this period, the data may be processed for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of possible public law claims.

NEWSLETTER

16 We provide the newsletter service under the terms and conditions, only if you provide us with your e-mail address for this purpose. Provision of data is required to provide the newsletter service, and failure to do so will result in the inability to send the newsletter.

17.3. w celach analitycznych i statystycznych – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest nasz uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit f RODO) polegający na prowadzeniu analiz aktywności Użytkowników na Stronie w celu doskonalenia stosowanych funkcjonalności;

17.4. w celu ewentualnego ustalenia i dochodzenia roszczeń lub obrony przed nimi – podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest nasz uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).

DIRECT MARKETING

18 Your personal data may also be used by us so that we can target you with marketing content through various channels, i.e. via email, via MMS/SMS or by telephone. We only undertake such activities if you have given us your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
